Daniela grew up in a picturesque town called Lecce nestled on the “heel of the boot”, Italy’s southern tip, between the Adriatic and Ionian seas. She spent much of her youth under the love and care of her grandmother who, throughout her formative years, gave her a passion for cooking. On her blog www.expatcucina.com she shared traditional recipes and family culinary secrets passed down through the generations. She also writes a culinary column for www.vivishanghai.com and www.urbanatomy.com.
She teaches privates and group cooking class in Xujiahui and Pudong area and also teaches at the Bakery Kitchen in Shanghai.
She organizes culinary events like Picnic in the Park and Wine Tasting
