Casanova Food Concept: At Casanova Italian Restaurant the customers will have a journey of Italian traditional flavours with a touch of creativity. Chef Fabio and Andrea always focus to find the most high quality ingredients from Italy or other countries to ensure the best result and taste.


Casanova Pizza, thin and crispy, is an example to express our concept: Italian flour, Italian Organic extra virgin Olive Oil, Italian Mozzarella, Italian Peeled Tomatoes and all of this cooked in Italian Brick Oven.  That`s the reason of the many awards we had with our Pizza. One of the most recognized pizza from the customers of Casanova, Velvet Lounge and now from Pata Negra Lounge. We suggest trying our pizza with San Daniele Ham 18 Months aged with the freshness of arugula. You will follow in love! All our meat is imported from Australia included our 1KG T-Bone, Tuscany style.

Pasta is a very important topic for Casanova. First because is a flag of Italy and second because Chef Fabio come from a region where handmade pasta is a must. Famous Movie Director Federico Fellini (from the same area of Chef Fabio) said “life is a combination of magic and….pasta! Beside our fresh pasta as Ravioli, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle and many more, we have also dry Pasta. We use Garofalo from Napoli’s area (Gragnano) one of the highest brand in China. The Spaghetti Puttanesca, classic and traditional Italian pasta, in Casanova we served over Fresh Tuna Tartar and the combination is an explosion of flavours, memories and appetite.

Fish and Meat in Casanova is the result of Japanese quality suppliers and Mediterranean taste. Daily fresh delivered as Red Tuna, Argentina Prawns, Boston Lobster, Sea bass and Sea bream, Snapper and many more. All our meat is imported from Australia included our 1KG T-Bone, Tuscany style.


Dessert To finish a good dinner must to have a great dessert. Casanova Dessert is daily homemade from our Pastry Chef Lisa who working since Casanova open its doors. She use all finest ingredients as: The richness of Valrhona chocolate, The best Mascarpone cheese for our Tiramisu` made with organic and pasteurized eggs, homemade ice cream and more.


Sunday is a brunch day in Casanova. A perfect brunch menu is done for delight our customers in a relaxing setting with the option of Prosecco Bubbles!!!


Chef  de Cuisine Manuel Sioli, native of a small city near Milan, Italy, Manuel decides at the age of 12 to turn his passion for food into his future. Graduated at the culinary school of Seregno in 2004, he instantly starts to build the foundation of his experience in few restaurants in Milan and nearby. A little training, before taking the chance to join an italian restaurant in London for his first international experience, continued, after a quick stop at the Park Hyatt of Milan, in Oslo and Bermuda. In 2009 he has the opportunity to know what a Michelin starred restaurant is about by moving to the Alpenblick hotel in Wilderswil, Switzerland. Follows the grand opening of the first Armani hotel ever, located in the tallest building of the world, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The experience at La reserve de Beaulieu, a 2 Michelin starred restaurant close to Montecarlo comes before his return to middle east for another grand opening, the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After shaping his knowledge and skills around Europe and Middle east, Chef Manuel is now landed in Shanghai, excited to share his passion with every single guest of Casanova restuarant.
